Useful tools.
Considered boundaries.

From a paper original or an existing PDF to a reviewed copy, ready for the next professional step.

Prelaunch information describes intended release behaviour. Public availability has not been confirmed.

01

Scan with iPhone or iPad

Scanning provides three A4 output presets: A4 multipage documents, standard ID card front/back on one A4 sheet, and a standard passport spread on A4. Because the A4 preset scales captured pages to fit A4, scanning a non-A4 original will resize it; import an existing PDF instead if non-A4 dimensions must be preserved. Camera permission is needed for capture; importing from Files does not need camera access.

02

Import existing PDFs

Choose a supported PDF. Cloud files may need downloading first. Complete your certifier details before importing for certification (or select Scan Only). Importing and previewing do not use your export allowance; only completed professional exports count, as described on the Access page.

03

Keep your details ready

Save one profile with profession, address, optional registration no. and certification wording. Choose among eight Australian jurisdictions or use custom occupation and wording. Check that your saved address and the automatic session date match the actual place and date of certification (for example, Tasmanian wording attests that the original was sighted at the stated address). The app does not check professional authority.

04

Position. Then review.

Move one readable certification block onto a suitable page and inspect the generated final PDF. The layout adapts to your details; it is not a manual resize tool. Check the block does not cover document content.

05

Keep multipage copies together

Browse the pages and place one block on the selected page. The stamp includes the document page count; optional Page X of N labels can be added. Labels can reduce source-content scale. Complete any additional blocks, signatures or initials manually.

06

Stamp for signing in wet ink

Choose Stamp for wet-ink signing for an unsigned PDF. Review and print, then inspect the original and complete certification on paper. Signeta does not sight the original or sign the paper.

07

Draw an electronic signature

Use your finger, or a compatible Apple Pencil on a supported iPad, with Undo and Clear. The signature image is embedded locally for final review, sharing or printing. Confirm the recipient accepts this method.

08

Print, save or share — direct from your device

Use native iOS destinations, depending on installed apps and available printers. A shared PDF is a copy sent to the chosen destination, not a Signeta-hosted document link.

09

Or simply scan

Scan Only shares or prints unstamped camera/PDF output without a professional export quota. Per-document processing limits still apply.

Room for your document.
With practical limits.

Pro Lifetime removes the professional print/export quota. These resource limits still apply to every document.

Camera capture uses A4 output presets for A4 documents, standard ID cards and standard passports. PDF imports retain their page dimensions and have separate compatibility and processing limits.

PDF compatibility

Encrypted or password-protected PDFs, portfolios, XFA, unreadable or invalid page geometry, and pages too small for the stamp are unsupported examples. Other PDFs may also be unsuitable.

Preparing certification creates a new PDF copy. Existing visible signatures may be copied, but their authenticity is not checked and original digital verification is not preserved.

Forms, metadata, tagging and attachments may not be retained.

Check the printed result

ID and passport layouts use fixed maximum bounds on A4, and the A4 scan preset fits captured pages onto A4. Capture tightly, avoid scanning non-A4 originals under the A4 preset if rescaling would affect a true copy, and check Actual Size (100%) printing. Original proportions, capture and printer settings affect physical dimensions. You remain responsible for ensuring the copy is true and correct.

Inspect placement, readability and scale on the actual paper before completing certification.

Made for iPhone and iPad

The intended workflow is for iPhone and iPad. Minimum supported OS and release compatibility are awaiting confirmation.

Camera capture needs supported hardware and permission. Apple Pencil use depends on a compatible iPad and Pencil.
